The hotel
The **** star Montecarlo hotel is located right on the Santa Margarita beach in Roses on the Costa Brava, very close to Girona, the French border, in the Alt Empurda region. We have various types of rooms for celebrations, weddings, Communions, business meetings, etc ... All our facilities have been refurbished in 2018, we also offer catering and kitchen services.
The cuisine and service
Director and Maitre d’: Antoni Font Prat:
Graduated from the Girona School of Tourism and the Hotel trade chool of Girona, where many of the best chefs and professionals from Spain have studied. He is responsible for the recruitment of services, banquets, planning and enactment.
He follows the family tradition inherited from his father, his passion for cooking allowed him to start working as a chef at a very young age. He has conducted several courses and seminars with the greatest chefs of today, such as Ferran Adrià (El Bulli), Joan Roca (El Celler and the Tower of Can Roca), Nando Jubany (Mas Osor y Can Jubany ), Toni Botella (Paradise Catering) etc ...
Our menus
All our menus are made with top quality food and fresh products.
We offer a wide variety of menus for weddings starting at 79 Euros and banquet menus starting at 39 Euros, with all services included.
In all our menus, we offer the same complete aperitif, from the cheapest menu to the most expensive, all our appetizers are similar, we also have various types of aperitifs to choose from or you can come up with one of your choice from our menu.
All aperitif drinks are included in the price, such as cocktails or cava.
Our Private Rooms:
Banquet Hall and Dining room - Mar: It is our largest private room with sea view and view to the hotel pool with columns, all-you-can-eat buffet, we can arrange round or rectangular tables, with capacity up to 250 people.
Private room - Bar and Terrace: in this one, we only serve aperitifs, cocktails and presentations. It offers sea view and direct access to the Santa Margarita Boardwalk, with capacity up to 250 people.
Banquet Hall - Blue: very welcoming lounge, which can be joined with the Internet Lounge, has air conditioning, internet connection, Wi-Fi, smoke extractors, view to the hotel gardens, with capacity up to 100 people.
Internet Room: it is our smallest lounge, totally renovated, with air conditioning, internet connection, Wi-Fi, view to the hotel gardens, with capacity up to 30 people.
Meetings and Events:
We can organize your presentation or event, we also have musical equipment, microphones, giant screen and projector. Do not hesitate to contact us; lounge rental starting at 120 € half a day.
